We are proud to help support Christmas in July, a grassroots effort to help keep the Festival if Lights Holiday Parade running through downtown Palm Springs.

For those not from the area, the Festival of Lights Parade is an 18 year holiday tradition that will run on December 4th, this year. The parade has attracted around 80,000 people to the downtown Palm Springs area annually, and runs backwards down Palm Canyon Drive. All the floats are decorated with lights illuminating the families who pack in to watch it.

The parade was threatened this year because of the city's budget deficit. However, a committee and local businesses have come to the rescue and are attempting to raise funds to keep the parade running. That is where you and the Village Pub come in. The Village Pub has pledged to help keep the parade around, and we are accepting donations from the public to help raise the $10,000 needed to ensure the parade continues.

Stop by the Village Pub and ask your server or bartender how to donate cash. Any amount helps. If you would rather donate with your credit card, you may use our donation form below.

On behalf of the City of Palm Springs, the families who enjoy the parade, and Santa himself, thank you for helping us keep the Festival of Lights Parade lit up and running.

Hi Everyone, Happy Halloween and Thank you to everyone who came out to party with us at The Village Pub. We had a blast! Congrats to our 1st place WINNER of $300 CASH, The ONE NIGHT STAND! What a great idea, and something I am sure many of us have experienced, and could relate to. haha LOL

DJ CHRIS L is still spinning upstairs in THE LoFt and we love him! He has been a great addition to The Village Pub; keeping the upstairs dance floor going, and playing great mixes. Thanks DJ Chris L.

We had a great house warming party at Mark and Laceys this last Sunday. Thank you two for having us.=)

Coming up for Thanksgiving we are hosting a FOOD DRIVE at The VILLAGE PUB on November 17th at 9 p.m. to raise non perishable items for the local Community Action / Partnership Food Bank. We would greatly appreciate those of you who can come out and support this cause. (For every item you bring you will receive a raffle ticket to win a Jager Machine and more! )

Also we will having our 2nd annual TOYS for TOTS Fundraiser in December. Details for that will be coming soon. The same night we will have our Village Pub Christmas Party! Last year it was a blast and we raised more toys than any other bar/ restuarnat in the Valley. =) Hope to do even more this year with everyones support! Thank you!

Well it was BIKER WEEKEND at the Village Pub. The place was packed and the cocktails were flowing. On Saturday we had the LONDON TRIO Band playing from 3 p.m to 9 with JOHN STANLEY KING on the drums and Rob on the Bass. DUDE JONES played until 2 a.m. The dance floor was pumping.

The Upstairs LOFT started early with Dancing while "DJ Chris L" was spinning. (DJ Chrissy is a cutie pie)=)

I worked the Courtyard Bar with Cecil and Ethan. It was a great night, but I was ready for Sunday. I am exhausted from the week.

On Sunday I walked around the street fair to check out all of the BIKER WKEND Vendors. I bought a couple of new shirts to wear at The Village Pub and stopped by the Pub to use the bathroom. (or take a shot or two, who's counting?)

Hope to see everyone dressed up and partying with me on Saturday for Halloween. I will be dressed as the Top Shelf Tequila Bottle. =) HAPPY HALLOWEENIE! xoxo Betty

What's new at The Village Pub?...Well let's see...

It was a great weekend. DUDE JONES was jamming inside bar the entire night. We could not get people off of the dance floor.

DJ Chris L was spinning upstairs in The LoFt until 1:30 a.m. It was fun trying to make my way through the crowds of people enjoying his mixes, along with the swarm of girls that were waiting to say hello to Chrissy. haha =)

I showed up on Saturday night around 11:00 p.m after taking my sister (Crystal) to the SOCIAL DISTORTION Concert at The Aqua Caliente Casino. It was a great time. There was a great crowd of people for cocktails at the Pub after the show was over. I changed in 5 minutes flat and was out to the Courtyard Bar to work with Monica and Bobby. I think I left the bar once. It was a busy, but fun night.

This week is expected to be fun. It is nearing the end of summer and we are getting ready for season.

Tonight we will be at The Hair of the Dog celebrating Lanai's Birthday Party! Then it is off to enjoy JOHN STANLEY KING at The Village Pub. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LANAI!

I didn't have to work last night so I was watching the VMAs. I felt bad for Taylor Swift (even if I do not enjoy her music.

Great night last night at The Village Pub with The LONDON TRIO BAND.

We were waiting for a visit from Leonard Skynard on Saturday Night, but unfortunately the band was a no show. =(

I will be going to the SOCIAL DISTORTION CONCERT on Saturday night with my sister. I can't wait. =)

Tonight LIVE MUSIC and DANCING with The MICHAEL JAMES BAND. The weather is beautiful! Join us for a Cocktail or a bite to eat. We are serving food until 1:30 a.m.

Leno dared go so far to ask if West's dearly departed mama would be disappointed in him, leaving Kanye speechless and on the verge of tears for a truly awkward amount of time. Guess now he knows how Ms. Swift felt
Do we forgive him yet because he's finally realized how wrong he was? No way—and neither should Taylor. Sorry, Kan, you're gonna have to live with your King Douche status for a while. You can't just shrug it off less than 24 hours later.

Well Wednesday is here and Cecil is back from his vacation in Montana. I am back to the inside bar tonight. Please join me for a bite to ear, or cool of with a cocktail and enjoy live music and dancing with LONDON TRIO.

I had a great time on Sunday for my Birthday Bash at The Village Pub! Thank you to everyone who joined me in celebrating and thank you for all of my wonderful gifts. It is always a good time at The Village Pub but on that night we danced with mixes from DJ DEVIN and PACMAN, enjoyed a great selection of food (Thank you Kevin) and partied until 2 a.m. Thank you LONDON TRIO for playing at the inside downstairs. I am already ready for next year baby!

Time to get back to school studies. Not only for the little ones but for me. I took my nephew to his first day of Kindergarden on Monday morning. It wasn't hard getting up after a night of partying for this. =)
